A Texas-based steakhouse chain is coming to downtown’s Dairy Block, taking over a large space at 1855 Blake St. The restaurant will feature an eatery and butcher counter over the span of two floors, Business Den reports

B&B Butchers, owned by Berg Hospitality, currently has locations in Houston and Texas. Founder Benjamin Berg told the publication he wants to open a couple more restaurants here, perhaps in RiNo or Cherry Creek.

Berg Hospitality is investing $6.5 million in renovating the space, with Unum Collaborative’s help. Currently, the business is handling getting permits and the hopes are to open next summer at the 10,000-square-foot space.

This Denver location, across from the Milk Market food hall, will have exciting quirks, such as meat cooked in front of diners. The company’s menu includes a list of mouth-watering steak cuts ranging from $59 to $330, as well as other entrees.
