Cafe chain New’s Eatery is sure to be a popular spot in Fort Collins once it opens later this year. According to an article in The Coloradoan, the restaurant is coming to a space at 1700 S. College Ave.

While details about the coming business are scarce, the chain was founded in 2004 in Mississippi and began franchising a year later. There is currently one location of the brand in Colorado, in Lone Tree.

This Fort Collins location is owned by Zach Rogers, a franchisee who plans to run the joint with help from his wife and son. He is also a franchisee with Fuzzy’s Taco Shop.

The space where Newk’s Eatery is coming to was formerly home to a number of retailers, including Wok & Roll, National Insurance, Fort Collins Heating and Air Conditioning, and a yoga studio. It’s off the high-trafficked College Ave.
