Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii is setting its sights on expanding into the northern Denver metro suburbs as part of the brand’s continued Colorado growth push. Franchisee Beth Deasy told What Now Denver that she is eyeing the Westminster and Broomfield area for another store.
No further details are available at this time about a site coming to the region, regarding the exact location or a timeline. However, Deasy has a number of projects in the works, so it may be a while before the location comes to fruition. Several months ago, the company announced that she had signed a three-unit franchise deal.
However, she has no plans to stop with a triple-store count. Deasy told the publication that she could be interested in “six to nine” Bad Ass locations. She just opened her first store in Boulder and has several others in various stages of development. A Belmar shop is under construction, and lease negotiations are in progress for a few south Denver suburbs as well. What Now Denver has covered these extensively.
“I’m excited to immerse ourselves as part of the community, bring the spirit of aloha to Colorado, and serve a great cup of coffee,” she said.
A military veteran and experienced entrepreneur, Deasy has over two decades of experience in law, real estate, and franchise development. She currently owns several Primrose Schools in the Denver metro area and operates her Bad Ass endeavor under the entity Peaks to Waves LLC.
