Novo Coffee is planning to open a location at Denver International Airport. Novo Coffee is still waiting on permitting and inspections from the City of Denver, but the latest addition to the brand is expected to open sometime later this year.

Jake, Joe, and Herb Brodsky founded Novo Coffee in 2022 “with the mission to connect great coffee producers with coffee consumers.” The family-owned brand now has three shops and a roastery in Denver, according to the Novo Coffee website.

Novo Coffee offers a variety of hot and cold brews, lattes, and teas. You can pick up coffee brewing supplies, coffee beans, and other merchandise at the Novo Coffee roastery on Larimer St.

After 20 years in business, Novo Coffee continues to build relationship with producers and coffee farmers, and they “strive for constant improvement and growth as a company while also connecting people on the producing end with people on the consumer end. In other words: ‘Get Closer.’”
