Old School Heros, run by husband and wife Tom and Jill Concannon, is slated to join the ChefReady virtual kitchen at 1468 S. Cherokee Street in Denver.

The ChefReady concept seeks to offer a place where customers can order delivery or pickup with the option of bypassing third-party delivery companies.

Old School Heros itself will offer New York-style sandwiches like pastrami and a trio of parmesan choices, with additions like sides, pastas, salads and Tommy C’s Famous Mac N Cheese.

According to the website, the Concannons were trained by some of the best and most creative chefs around, leaving them excited to “create food with the best flavor profiles.”

The slogan for the company is “We Fix Hangry.” They believe in quality and freshness, which is why their sandwiches are made-to-order and always keep the customer in mind.

Since the business is family-owned and operated, the website further says, “We care about everything we do and want to take care of our customers just like they’re an extension of our family. When you’re sitting down at home to enjoy one of our deli sandwiches, we want you to feel like you’re sitting down to eat with us because, at Old School Heros, you have a seat at the table.”

As of now, there’s no official opening date for the unit in ChefReady. In the meantime, their website offers both takeout and delivery.
