A permit for a new brewing company, Public Offering Brewing, was filed for 1736 S. Broadway, adjacent Corvus Coffee which sits at 1740 S. Broadway.

According to permit details, the project involves converting the vacant space to an eating and drinking establishment to accommodate a bar and brewery. There’s also mention of a “taproom” in several planning documents.

“Our project will convert a vacant space to eating and drinking establishment (bar) and manufacturing – custom (brewery),” the filing states.

There is no set opening date for the brewing company at the moment, and the project’s owner, Cody Higginbottom, told What Now Denver it was too early to discuss Public Offering. He said details won’t likely surface until early 2022.

Chord Design Studio is overseeing the architecture, according to the plans.

Employees for Corvus Coffee next door told What Now Denver that, although the space is spoken for, they are receiving calls from prospective tenants inquiring about the space, and said they did not know that Public Offering was inbound.
