McDonald’s is looking to build a restaurant near the airport off the highly-traveled Peña Boulevard. The brand submitted plans for a “proposed McDonald’s with dual drive-thru” at 16482 Green Valley Ranch Blvd.

Records show that the building will be a 4,268-square-foot space on an almost 1-acre parcel of land in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood, with quick access to Peña. There will be 24 parking spaces available. Kimley-Horn is the engineering consultant on the project.

The concept plan is listed as “review in progress” on the City and County of Denver’s website. There were not any other details available about the coming QSR chain, and McDonald’s did not respond to What Now Denver for comment in time for publication.
