Broomfield may be the next location of Colorado’s Dutch Bros expansion. The company recently submitted a Site Development Plan to build a store at 11983 Gray Street.

“The applicant has submitted an SDP and SADPlat to Jefferson County for review. Comments have been provided back to the applicant and a second review will be required by Broomfield prior to scheduling the site plan for review by Broomfield City Council,” Planning Director Anna Bertanzetti told What Now Denver.

To be located at the corner of Gray Street and West 120th Ave., the store will be across from Villagio of Broomfield assisted living facility. The proposed building plans show a mock-up for a 950-square-foot space with a drive-thru lane, walk-up window, and patio seating. There will be 11 parking spaces and six bike stalls.

Notes from a January meeting about the concept show Elizabeth Strickling and Dustin Henion from Gnich Architecture Studio are working on the project, and that they are expected to break ground this fall.
