Prost Brewing brings good tidings: the beloved neighborhood brewery will remodel and expand its facility in LoHi and launch a new Biergarten in Highlands Ranch that is slated to open in September. The newest location will mark the beer company’s third, with two locations in LoHi and Fort Collins.
Owner and Director of Prost Brewing Boyd Hoback told What Now Denver that the Biergarten in LoHi “will keep the industrial warehouse feel and design but will have a stage for live music, expanded bar seating and increased number of taps, and other minor cosmetic changes.” The brewery will be expanded to approximately 7,300 square feet with seating for 300 inside and outside, doubling its previous inside seating occupancy.
Additional renovations will involve installing a new state-of-the-art Pilot Brewery to brew all of Prost’s seasonal beers and building a new kitchen with an expanded menu from the current limited menu offered at the Trailer.
Prost Brewing’s Biergarten in LoHi, located at 2540 19th Street, will stay open during most of the remodel, closing only for about a week or so in late fall and reopening before Christmas, depending on the city’s permit process.
The new Biergarten will settle into a 7,000-square-foot building at 53 Centennial Boulevard in Highlands Ranch. The venue will feature a stunning 4,000 square-foot garden patio with fire pits, games, and a stage for live music.
