The German-style brewery that even sources their ingredients from Germany: Prost Brewing is set to open a new location that’s going to be bigger, with new beers, a cocktail menu and new food menu. This is set to be the third location for the brewery that has a location in Denver and one in Fort Collins.
“We honor our German heritage by sourcing only the highest quality ingredients directly from Germany and by following traditional brewing practices and lagering techniques,” according to their official website. This process results in an approachable yet complex beer that speaks for itself.
The new location boasts 7,000 square feets of space and will include a an outdoor bar, a stage for music events, and fire pits to keep patrons cozy when the weather begins to turn. Prost Brewing has also added restaurant consultant Boyd Hoback to their team. They are also working together with Juan Padró who is the founder of Culinary Creative and expert chef Max MacKissock to oversee the menu.
Their new menu will also be German-inspired with charcuterie and cheese boards and German staples such as spaetzel, schnitzel or bratwurst. Prost Brewing also plans to serve a more extensive cocktail menu so that there’s something for everyone on the menu.
