Colorado-based brand Red Silo Coffee Roasters has submitted plans to open another location of the chain in Arvada. The business’ proposal for a site at 6950 Indiana Court is currently listed as “under review” by the city.

The project narrative states the company is proposing the development of a coffee shop/drive-thru as the anchor of a 10,000-square-foot two-story commercial building. The location in question is a 1.09-acre parcel of land at the intersection of West 69th Place and Indiana St.

Renderings for the project show a barn-style structure with a silo, as a nod to the company name. Red Silo is working with Intergroup Architects, Proof Civil, and Seven 29 Design, according to documents.

The company’s other Arvada location is just a two-minute drive south. There is also a store in Downtown Golden.
