Permits show that Tapville Social, a bar franchise, is getting closer to opening its doors. City records reveal a final agency inspection is in progress for the business, at 1010 Park Ave. #100.

A recent Denver Post article shows that the owner of this new Tapville location is Colton Harris, a local broker and owner of XLV Realty. It states that the company will have 24 self-pour taps at the 1,827-square-foot space in Arapahoe Square.

The brand was started in Illinois and has nearly two dozen locations across the nation. Tapville Social also has a selection of wine and cocktails, and a large demographic of women patrons.

There is also food on the menu at Tapville, for those who want something hearty to wash down their drink with. The business serves pasta, sandwiches, and tacos, all with a reasonable price tag.
