Brisket Rules Slider Bar is sliding into its new space at Grange Food Hall. The brisket brand will serve up mouthwatering bites at the Greenwood Village site, at 6575 Greenwood Plaza Blvd.

A representative with Brisket Rules told What Now Denver that the company is sorting out permits and construction is nearing completion. The brand hopes to be open for business in a few weeks.

The concept is described as an American slider bar with delicious BBQ like brisket, smoked sausage, and pulled pork. Founder Brett Curtis, who also owns the coming Dock Local, opened Brisket Rules at a Texas food hall earlier this year.
