Smoothie King is excited to announce the upcoming opening of its new location at 1154 S Colorado Blvd in the Glendale neighborhood. The operation is the second store for franchisee Brayan Sarmiento Mejia, he tells What Now Denver.
Sarmiento is already in the hiring process for the store, which will open in November. It is currently in the construction phase, undergoing a complete renovation of a former hair salon. He is already in the hiring process for the store, training new employees at his current location.
“We’re excited to bring this to another area of the community and be part of everybody’s health and nutrition lifestyle. We’re excited to grow the market here in the heart of Colorado,” he said.
Smoothie King has a growing presence in Colorado, currently operating 14 stores with commitments for eight additional openings. Founded in 1973, the franchise has grown to become the world’s largest smoothie chain, with over 1,300 locations worldwide.
