Plans are in the works to open additional locations of the breakfast restaurant, Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, across the Denver metropolitan area.
An article in the Denver Business Journal reports one new Snooze location is scheduled to open in the Quayle Building on North Broadway and West First Avenue. Plans are to open the restaurant in the summer of 2022 with additional locations possible in Arvada and Colorado Springs. Snooze currently has nearly a dozen locations in the Denver metropolitan area.
According to the Snooze website, adult diners can try a variety of breakfast cocktails ranging from a blood orange mimosa or spicy bloody Mary to an Irish coffee or margarita. Specialty coffees, teas, and juices are also available.
Tasty food options include omelets, shrimp and grits, tofu scramble, sandwiches, tacos, and more. Kids also have a variety of dishes to choose from including French toast and breakfast quesadillas.
