The RiNo district is awaiting the arrival of a new F&B option: Spitz Mediterranean Street Food. According to Developing Denver, the franchise is taking over the former Park Burger space at 2615 Walnut Street. It will be the city’s first location for the chain.
Spitz is a fast-casual chain known for modern Med plates, including döner wraps, bowls, salads, loaded street fries, and vegetarian and vegan options. The fast-casual concept also has locations in Greenwood Village and Longmont.
Regina Bryant, the franchisee for the latter, is opening this RiNo store. She has a diverse career history, her LinkedIn shows. A U.S. Army Reserve CW3 with over two decades of service, Bryant also has a background in banking as well as the DSP industry, and created an educational non-profit foundation.
Remodeling efforts will transform the nearly 5,000-square-foot space, which features a large patio. Bryant tells What Now Denver plans have been finalized with Arris Architecture, and she is searching for a general contractor for the project. She hopes to welcome guests by the spring.
