A year after a destructive fire, the Sportsbook Bar & Grill in Greenwood Village is finally reopening its doors, 9 News reports. The local sports bar, at 9660 E Arapahoe Rd., underwent a complete rebuild costing nearly $5 million.

Early last year, an arson-related fire damaged a large part of the property. The bar’s kitchen, office, and bathrooms were destroyed, and the whole building had significant smoke damage, Westword wrote. It has undergone a full reconstruction process, the electrical and HVAC systems were replaced, and the flooring and sound system received upgrades.

It is reported that the eatery will reopen with normal business hours: Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. – 2 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. – 2 a.m. Kitchen service is available until 11 p.m. on weekdays and midnight on weekends, and brunch is offered on the weekends.

Sportsbook Bar & Grill also has a Highland’s Ranch location, the company’s website shows. That establishment has over 40 HDTVs and a giant LED wall. Alongside a full alcohol selection, the business also serves burgers and appetizers.
