Stoner’s Pizza Joint is now open in Denver, and several more locations are planned for the area.
“With a name like Stoner’s Pizza Joint, we felt that this market in Denver was going to not only be a great market for the pizza but also a great market for our brand and for our name,” said Jason Goetz, owner of Stoner’s Pizza Joint in Denver. The franchise started in the southeast region of the United States in 2013.
Goetz says the plan is to open at least three more locations across the Denver area by the end of 2022.
Stoner’s Pizza Joint uses a proprietary blend of ingredients for its crust, cheese, and sauce. Many of the menu items are a play on words such as the No Brainer Deluxe and Nice to Meat You pizzas.
“We smoke all of our chicken and wings in-house daily, and it just gives it a really nice, fresh flavor,” Geotz said.
Stoner’s Pizza Joint is a takeout and delivery concept also offering a variety of calzones, sandwiches, and salads, as well as desserts including Half-Baked cookies and cheesecake Stromboli. “You cannot leave this place without either one of them,” Goetz told What Now Denver. “It will tickle the sweet tooth in the best way possible.”
According to a press release, the first Denver location opens today at 6460 E. Yale Avenue, Denver, CO 80222.
