The newest location for The Ice Cream Farm will be in Timnath, according to The Coloradoan. As G-Que BBQ’s in-house ice cream brand, it’s been confirmed that the dessert shop will accompany the restaurant when it opens at 4931 Cima Vista Drive in the Ladera development.

What Now Denver previously covered that G-Que was a go for the center, but this is the first news that The Ice Cream Farm will also be a part of the incoming concept. They will share a 4,000-square-foot space that will also feature a full bar and have seating for 170 guests.

Emily Kaminski, Director of Marketing, told the publication the dual-concept will debut next spring. The hiring and training process will kick off over the next several months, and the business expects to hire approximately 30-40 new team members ahead of the opening.

The Ice Cream Farm specializes in small-batch, locally sourced flavors made with cream from Longmont dairy farms. Standout options include Bourbon Butterscotch, Banana Pudding, Chocolate Truffle, Tahitian Vanilla, Salted Caramel Oreo, Cookie Dough, and Strawberry.
