Done Deal is a new wine bar concept that’s in the works for downtown. A Denver Post article announced that Troy Guard has rented a space at 370 17th St., in the Republic Plaza building lobby, for the business.

Guard, who owns hospitality company TAG Restaurant Group, told the publication that the property owner asked him if he’d be interested in opening a wine concept that would be appealing to those who work nearby. He also owns Bubu, a veggie and grain bowl business, in the same building.

The vacant space where Done Deal will be was previously occupied by a bank. The menu for the establishment will consist of wine, cocktails, champagne, beers, and appetizer-style foods like salad and charcuterie.
