HTeaO, a Texas-based iced tea franchise, is bringing its first location to Colorado, to the city of Loveland. A new store is coming to 1245 East Eisenhower Blvd and is expected to open sometime this summer, the brand confirmed to What Now Denver.

“We are thrilled to bring HTeaO to Colorado. As we continue to grow, our focus remains on partnering with franchisees and communities that share our values of quality, hospitality, and connection,” Chief Development Officer Shane Clark told the publication. “Loveland is the perfect place to introduce our ultra-premium iced tea, and we look forward to becoming a local favorite while staying true to our mission to ‘Brew Purpose’ in every neighborhood we serve.”

QSR Mag reports the Loveland location will be owned and operated by Mandy and Nobby Grona through NOCO Tea Company LLC. The couple told What Now Denver they are excited to “share a brand we deeply believe in and share the HTeaO experience with our friends and neighbors.”

Plans for the site, located at the northwest corner of N. Madison Avenue and E. Eisenhower Boulevard, call for a 2,135-square-foot drive-thru restaurant on a 0.55-acre lot. Permits show that contractors on the project include Colorado National Construction, Aggie Plumbing Service, Conduct All Electric, Bulldog Engineering, and Marxaire, Inc.

Founded in 2009, HTeaO offers more than 20 sweet and unsweetened handcrafted iced tea flavors, brewed with the brand’s proprietary water filtration system and 100% natural ingredients. The brand also serves coffee, snacks, and Refreshers.
