Excitement is building in Castle Rock as construction progresses on a new culinary and event destination. A dual venue with a restaurant called The Brinkerhoff and an event space titled Bar Hummingbird is being built at 6373 Promenade Pkwy., according to Eatery Insights Denver.

Spearheaded by Brinkerhoff Hospitality, the team behind the renowned La Loma (which is next door), Sierra Restaurant in Lone Tree, and Caldéro in McGregor Square, the project is bringing plenty of buzz to the Promenade at Castle Rock center.

The Brinkerhoff will have 2,644 square feet of eatery space and an inviting atmosphere. Bar Hummingbird will span an impressive 9,052 square feet. The architectural vision for the properties combines modern design elements with natural aesthetics, promising a contemporary yet inviting ambiance.

Promenade at Castle Rock is a popular center located by I-25 and State Hwy 85. The plaza has 166 acres of shopping, dining, and residential units. The establishment will join big-name retailers like Whole Foods Market, Ulta Beauty, HomeGoods, PetCo, and more.
