The owner of the popular Fort Collins spot The Emporium Sports Bar is opening another watering hole in Windsor. The Emporium Clubhouse is the new concept coming to 1345 Water Valley Pkwy Unit 100, according to records.

A liquor license was approved for the venue in mid-August, data shows. Company records show the business license was filed in May by Joshua Dollgener, who is the current owner of The Emporium Sports Bar.

Located a bit west of Colorado State University, that business is a 70’s-theme bar inspired by the movie Dazed and Confused. The establishment has a full cocktail list and serves bar food, and also hosts parties and events.

There are limited details available about what is to be expected for The Emporium Clubhouse. The space where the business is going into is the former Nonni’s Market, which shuttered earlier this year.
