A new pickleball facility in Longmont will soon open to the public at 20 South Bowen Street. The Hidden Pickle is a sports venue that was approved for a liquor license in late September, records show.

The Hidden Pickle has five indoor courts with JOOLA Pro portable nets, and a lounge with food and drinks. Patrons can either sign up for a membership or pay a one-time fee to play.

The business’ website states that “Early Access play options will begin in the Fall of 2023, with more information and pricing before our opening date.”

Dale Katechis, founder of Oskar Blues Brewery, is listed as the registered agent for The Hidden Pickle LLC. Katechis is also an investor in multiple other Colorado companies: Bootstrap Brewing Veritas Fine Cannabis, Ursa Major Technologies, and Wander + Ivy.
