The Park Café, a new eatery and bar, is preparing to open inside the Colorado Club at Palomino Park. First announced over the summer by Colorado Community Media, the concept will serve residents and their guests in the Highlands Ranch neighborhood.

Business licensing records show the company was registered with the state in July. General Manager Karla Strader told What Now Denver that a liquor license was approved last year, and they are now in the permitting and vendor selection phase. The goal is to open the cafe before this year’s pool season starts.

A sneak peek at The Park Café’s menu shows a variety of comfort foods, fresh salads, hearty sandwiches, and all-day breakfast options. Guests can enjoy starters like Mac N’ Cheese Bites, classic pizzas, and dinner favorites like Fire Roasted Chicken and Smoked Brisket. Desserts include Cheesecake, Red Velvet Cake, and seasonal specials. There will also be a full bar.

Mark Lindemann, a spokesperson for the company, told the publication,  “We are excited to bring The Park Café to life, creating a space where the community can gather to enjoy delicious food, quality drinks, and exceptional hospitality. Our goal is to offer a memorable experience for every guest, whether they’re stopping by for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. We look forward to being your home away from home.”
