TooSteppin Brewing is set to open its first taproom, the TooSteppin Saloon, at 4843 Pearl St., Suite A1, just a few doors down from its Boulder production facility. According to state records, the company was granted a liquor license for the facility in mid-November.

Earlier this year, the emerging brand started brewing operations at a pilot location, Colorado Beer Geek reports. It’s already available in more than 30 bars, restaurants, and liquor stores across Boulder County — with more suppliers added weekly.

The new saloon will be located in a space formerly occupied by J&L Distilling Company, with seating for 56 and options for private parties. It will operate Thursday and Friday from 3 to 10 PM, Saturday from 11 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 9 PM, offering seven varieties of its signature hard ginger beers, a selection of guest beers and ales, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.

“TooSteppin has already been warmly welcomed by the Boulder community, and we are thrilled to open our doors right here in our own backyard. The TooSteppin Saloon will allow us to connect with even more locals and share the bold, refreshing flavors that define our Aussie-style hard ginger beers,” Co-founder and GM Patrick Sullivan told What Now Denver.

There is a careful, triple-filtered fermentation process that makes TooSteppin stand out. Fresh ginger root is chopped and boiled, combined with cane sugar, local snowmelt, and specially selected yeast for fermentation, followed by a flavor-enhancing addition of real fruit purees, its website explains.
