Cherry Creek North is about to get a substantial new addition with the launch of Town Pump Provisions in spring 2025. Denver Post reports that the project will be located at 2810 E. 3rd Ave. in the upscale shopping district of the neighborhood.

Spearheaded by Dana Monfort, the concept will blend a New York-style bodega, a fast-casual restaurant, and an ice cream shop all under one roof. The building is currently being redesigned and undergoing a $1.5 million renovation.

Monfort, whose family has deep roots in Colorado’s trucking and logistics industry, describes Town Pump as a modern “truck stop” for bites and beverages.

Town Pump Eats, the restaurant component, will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. The menu will include green chile breakfast burritos, a Mexican kale salad, gluten-free and vegan options, and fun beverages, such as frozen mixers. Green Collective owner Allison Rifkin is collaborating on the menu.

Adjacent to the restaurant, Town Pump Bodega will offer everything from pantry essentials to high-end local products like hummus from Ash’kara. For dessert lovers, there will also be a yet-to-be-named ice cream shop.
