Records filed with the city of Colorado Springs show that Trinity Brewing Company had a hearing regarding its plans to expand into the space next door. The business is located at 1466 Garden of the Gods Rd., Suite 184.
Documents reveal that Trinity Brewing Company is expanding into the property where Jersey Mike’s, which closed a few months back, was. That space has a kitchen, prep area, and dining space.
A permit application and report of changes to modify the premises was filed a few weeks ago. The matter was heard by the Local Licensing Authority Hearing Officer last Friday, but a decision was not yet filed.
The brewery is in a large shopping center near Garden of the Gods. The Windward Corners plaza has a gas station, Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, Goodwill, bank, hotel, nail salon, barber, and more.
