Heavy metal-themed bar and brewery TRVE Brewing Co. has a second location in the works, records show. Permits were filed with the City and County of Denver and are currently in review for a space at 4290 Brighton Blvd, Suite 110.

The project description is listed as a “bar tenant finish in vacant first gen space”. TRVE is adding new partition walls, a mezzanine, equipment, finishes, and fixtures, as well as doing electrical and mechanical work. The construction valuation is stated as $250,000.

A plan review application reveals construction is anticipated to start in October, and the RiNo TRVE should be open to the public next March. The space is a 3,735-square-foot shell that will allow for just under 100 guests.

Frontline Design and Development is the architect listed on the documents, and Ista Engineers and Reno James are the engineers. Hines is the owner of the building, a mixed-use apartment complex called Mica RiNo.
