Wing Wok, a Korean wok-fried chicken restaurant owned by James Park, is opening their second location after opening their first one earlier this year.

While the storefront confirmed the upcoming second location, What Now Denver was unable to reach Park for more information on an opening date.

However, leasing intel suggests that the upcoming store begins in September at 7939 E Arapahoe Road in the Greenwood Retail Plaza. The unit will have about 1,200 square feet of space.

According to the website, Wing Wok is the “other” KFC, with the “K” standing for “Korean” instead of “Kentucky.” It states that the chicken is “armed with exclusive family recipes and an impossibly-speedy propriety process.”

While the original restaurant only operates as a to-go and delivery service, there is no word as to whether or not the second location will be the same.

Considering Park has a 20-year history with fast-casual spaces, according to recent reporting by 303 magazine, the second location is sure to serve the “Wok-glazed masterpiece” that “is truly out of this world” and “makes all other chicken pale in comparison.”
