Former Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh CEO James Park is set on bringing more Seoul and soul to Colorado with his new fast-casual chicken concept: Wing Wok.

Wing Wok is “seoulfully good” fried chicken according to their official website that invites prospective franchisees and patrons to “come join the revolution.”

This flavor revolution’s epicenter is Denver. “Armed with exclusive family recipes and an impossibly speedy proprietary process WingWok makes the most sought after twice-fried, twice as crispy, twice as good chicken on the planet.”

The brand plans to open first two or three locations in Colorado, with at least two of them set to open in Denver. The first location is opening in Littleton on 7550 S University Blvd, while the second location is planned for the Denver Tech Center.

The menu will feature a selection of fried chicken in wings, tenders, sandwich and ssam forms. All chicken is twice-fried and gluten-free thanks to the rice flour used in the batter. Customers get to choose the sauce that covers their chicken as well as a complimentary side such as white pickle radish, slaw, cucumber-kimchi salad or seaweed salad.

Follow their Instagram for more information on when they’ll open.
