Popular java chain Ziggi’s Coffee is expanding once again, this time bringing a new location to Monument, Springs Mag announced. Co-franchisees Jill and Greg Bland are spearheading the launch of a new cafe at 16529 Cinematic View in the Jackson Creek neighborhood.
The store is expected to open by mid/late July. Greg tells What Now Denver that contracting and permitting work are about 80 percent complete, and they hope to receive their Certificate of Occupancy next month. It will be a large, cozy cafe that’s approximately 2,200 square feet and features a drive-thru and a patio space.
“We are very excited to bring a high-quality, Colorado company to Monument as our own local, family-run business! We moved here 3 years ago with our 12 y/o (Easton) to make Monument our “Forever Home“. We love this community and are excited to live, support, and work here, while having the opportunity to hire and employ 20+ locals,” the Blands shared.
It’s the latest project announced for the Blands, married multi-unit owners that already operate six Ziggi’s stores together in the Pikes Peak region and in Northern Colorado. Prior to this, they were working on a recently opened location in Greeley, which was covered by QSR.
Ziggi’s is a Colorado-born brand that began in 2004 in downtown Longmont and has since grown into a national brand after establishing franchising opportunities in 2016. The chain reached triple-digits for store count last year and was named Best Coffee Drive-Thru of 2024 by USA Today.
