A new Orangetheory Fitness studio is opening soon in Colorado Springs. The facility will be located at 104 East Cheyenne Rd., Colorado Springs, CO 80906.
Orangetheory offers a HIIT workout in which a coach guides members through five different heart rate zones: resting, easy, challenging, uncomfortable and All Out, according to the company website. “The goal is to spend 12 minutes or more with your heart rate elevated in ‘The Orange Zone’ to boost your metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories.” The workouts include rowing, cardio, and strength training.
“We’re super excited about this new location at Creekwalk Marketplace near the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. The three Orangetheory Fitness studios already in the area have done very well, and we feel that this new location fills a void in the south part of town. We simply want to expand our awesome Orangetheory Fitness community and help people live a more vibrant and healthy life,” said Ming Hall, Business Development Director.
Orangetheory has about two dozen locations across the state including three in Colorado Springs—N. Academy Blvd., Stetson Hills Blvd., and Bass Pro Dr.
Founding member rates will be available for the new Broadmoor location on March 31. Construction is nearly complete, and the new Orangetheory Colorado Springs location could open in late May or early June of 2022.
Another Orangetheory location is expected to open at 9090 Sky Ridge Ave., #300, Lone Tree, CO 80142 at the end of April.
