FlatIron Crossing, the shopping destination serving the North Denver Metro area, announced another wave of retail momentum with the addition of six brands, bringing fresh energy and sought-after concepts to the property. The latest leasing update introduces Abercrombie & Fitch, Earthbound Trading Company, Garage, gorjana, Levi’s and Starbucks to the center’s curated collection of in-demand retailers. All are expected to open this year.

“We’re so excited about the powerful leasing momentum at FlatIron Crossing and how we’re elevating the experience inside the center to match what we are doing at HiFi,” said Kate Taggart, general manager of FlatIron Crossing in a statement. “In addition to all the new retailers, we’ve invested in new soft seating and updated flooring, specifically fresh, modern tiles in key areas of the interior center, to ensure that every visit to the mall feels fresh, exciting, and full of discovery.”

Here’s a closer look at what’s coming:

  • Abercrombie & Fitch: The brand will showcase its assortment of sophisticated, everyday apparel and elevated lounge pieces in a bright, modern space.
  • Earthbound Trading Company: The boutique is the ultimate destination for those seeking bohemian-inspired home decor, crystals and unique apparel.
  • Garage: Making its debut at the center, and the second location in Colorado, Garage is a Gen Z favorite brand that brings high-energy, street-style-inspired fashion and effortless basics tailored for the trend-seeking young woman.
  • gorjana: Marking its fifth Colorado location, the new gorjana offers a touch of Southern California “cool” with a wide array of fine jewelry, specializing in their famous gold layered looks and everyday essentials.
  • Levi’s: The world’s most iconic denim brand arrives with its first dedicated location at the mall, featuring an extensive fit-focused inventory for men and women.
  • Starbucks: Opening in a convenient, kiosk-style location, Starbucks will feature a streamlined design perfect for a quick pick-me-up or an easy community gathering spot.

“Bringing these globally recognized retail names to FlatIron Crossing is a testament to the center’s position as a top-tier retail hub in Colorado,” said Meghan Kaltenstein, vice president of leasing at Macerich. “From the laid back, Southern California-inspired jewelry of gorjana to the timeless heritage of Levi’s and the modern energy of Garage, these brands reflect exactly what our shoppers are looking for, which is a blend of trend-setting fashion and classic staples.”
