Knox Fine Wine will open at 530 Knox Ct #150 & #140 Denver, CO 80219 in November, according to Owner Herb Salh.
A construction permit filed with the city describes the incoming project plans as follows: “Interior remodel/build-out within an existing building shell. The business will occupy both tenants. No structural or window modifications are a part of this scope.”
The strip center Zephyr Square houses four locations, two of which are described as having the capacity to be easily combined. According to the construction permit, it appears Salh will merge units #140 and #150 for a combined 2,264 SF. The property also has 16 parking spaces and excellent accessibility from 6th Avenue Freeway. The other two tenants currently occupying the center are a barber shop and a catering company.
