A new YogaSix studio is expected to open in early 2022 in the Exchange at Boulevard One. The YogaSix Boulevard One location will offer members a number of yoga classes for all experience levels.
According to the YogaSix website, the classes provide a “sensory yoga experience” that focuses on the mind and body. The classes are described as energizing and empowering.
The six core classes include Y6 Slow Flow, which is a slower-paced class giving members time to explore postures, and Y6 Hot, held in a heated room to provide challenging balance postures and a core workout. Y6 101 is a class for beginners or those who want to get back into the practice.
Y6 Sculpt and Flow combines yoga and weight training. The Y6 Restore class focuses on stretching the entire body, and Y6 Power gives yogis a chance to work on endurance and flexibility in a heated studio.
YogaSix Boulevard One held a popup event at Colorado Free University this past Saturday, and more popup events may be scheduled before the location officially opens to the public. You can find out more on the YogaSix Boulevard One Facebook page.
YogaSix studios are open across the country with five currently operating in the state of Colorado. According to the YogaSix website, the sixth is set to open at 7101 E. Lowry Blvd., Ste. 105, Denver, CO 80230.
