Houston’s bustling food scene is about to get a bit sweeter with the upcoming arrival of a dual-branded Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins outlet led by seasoned franchise owner, Mark Norman. It will be located at 6420 Richmond Ave. Ste 345, Baytown, TX 77057.

“This is my first Dunkin’, not my first Baskin,” Norman said, a statement that reflects his experience in the franchise landscape. Norman currently owns five other Baskin Robbins locations, which have enjoyed considerable success under his leadership.

While this marks Norman’s debut into the Dunkin’ franchise, it certainly isn’t his last. Norman has signed a development deal to establish five Dunkin’ Donuts across the Houston metropolitan area.

In addition to his ventures with Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts, Norman is no stranger to the food franchise business, as he also franchises Pepperoni’s Pizza, a beloved Texas brand that enjoys considerable patronage.

The Richmond Avenue location is set to open its doors between the 4th quarter of 2023 and the 1st quarter of 2024. He also announced to What Now Houston his next Dunkin’ Donuts location will be in in Mont Belvieu, closer to the end of 2024.
