TC4 & Co Hospitality is taking another step outside of Austin with plans to open Tony C’s Beer Garden in both Tomball and Katy. The move was first reported by the Business Journal, which confirmed the group’s next wave of expansion.
Tony C’s Beer Garden builds on the company’s original concept, Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza, which was founded in 2009 by partners Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV. The Beer Garden version blends the signature coal fired pizza menu with an expanded lineup of craft beer and a family friendly outdoor environment. The setting is designed to mix authentic Italian flavors with a relaxed Texas beer garden feel, offering both indoor and outdoor seating.
TC4 & Co Hospitality has become a well known player in Austin’s dining scene, operating brands like The League Kitchen & Tavern, Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes, and Cousin Louie’s in addition to Tony C’s. The group has built its reputation on approachable but high quality food, polished casual spaces, and a strong commitment to service. With its mix of comfort driven menus and neighborhood centric concepts, the company continues to grow beyond its Austin roots.
The Tomball location will likely open by the end of 2026 and the Katy restaurant will be in the spring of 2027, according to the Business Journal.
