BoomerJack’s Grill & Bar is bringing its signature experience to Katy with a new location at 1110 Grand West Blvd. Led by President Brent Tipps, this marks the second Houston Metro location for the Dallas-Forth (DFW) brand, with its first opening in Webster in February 2024.
In an interview with What Now Houston, a restaurant representative explained the expansion strategy: “BoomerJack’s started in DFW, where we focused on building a reputation as the best place for drink deals and sports. After 20+ years of perfecting the brand, we were ready to take it outside of DFW, and Houston was the logical next step for us. The Katy area is booming—we want to contribute to that growth and look forward to being part of the community.”
The new Katy location will offer the same stellar amenities and value that have made BoomerJack’s a favorite in DFW. The representative also highlighted that there will be daily drink deals starting at $3, discounted wings and flatbreads on select weekdays, and a $6.99 late-night menu available after 10 p.m. Guests can also enjoy a $10.99 lunch menu that includes a drink.
“We are always innovating and looking to deliver on what our guests want, so you never know what new things might be coming,” the representative teased when asked about any upcoming changes that may be coming for the brand.
BoomerJack’s isn’t stopping with just these two outposts and has big plans for the Houston Metro area. Following Katy, a location in Tomball is already in the works, with additional sites under consideration.
The grand opening for Katy is targeted for early May 2025.
