Buck & Rider, an Arizona-based seafood concept, is set to debut in Houston next fall. Culture Map reports that the new seafood restaurant is expected to open in the Central Park Post Oak mixed-use development in the Galleria area at 1990 Post Oak Blvd.

Buck & Rider is a concept from Hi Noon Hospitality. There are three locations in Arizona, with another coming soon to Naples, FL.

“So we’ll have the west coast of the gulf covered, now the east coast of the gulf,” Hi-Noon Hospitality CEO and founding partner, Adam Strecker, said in a conversation with What Now Houston

“I grew up in New Orleans. So, we like being around the Gulf of Mexico and getting all that fresh seafood.”

The fourth edition of Buck & Rider is expected to debut in Houston in the fall of 2027. With its opening, Strecker promises to deliver the same freshness that the brand has become known and beloved for in Arizona.

“Whatever we can’t get from the Gulf Coast, we will fly in directly,” Strecker said.

“So, we don’t use the middleman. We just get the stuff a lot fresher and faster, and so we get it to the guest plate a lot quicker.”

Buck & Rider is known for having a lively weekend brunch and happy hour. Menus include a raw bar that features oyster, fresh catch, and caviar, a dinner, lunch, brunch, happy hour, and a kids’ menu. The brunch menu features a wide selection of seafood and New Orleans-inspired delectables included voodoo fried ricecrab cake benedict, and Baja shrimp ceviche.

Buck & Rider is expected to open in the Central Park Post Oak development in the Galleria area at 1900 Post Oak Blvdfall 2027.
