The Burger King at 2331 Rayford Rd in Spring is set to undergo a major renovation, according to a permit filed by the Dhanani Group. This project, with an estimated cost of $550,000, will transform the restaurant into a modernized version of the iconic fast-food chain, featuring Burger King’s latest design elements and customer-friendly enhancements.

The scope of work includes replacing the existing siding on the main entrance with sleek Nichiha panels, repainting the stucco walls, and updating the interior with a new layout that promises a refreshed and more efficient dining experience. While the building’s overall square footage will remain at 3,307 square feet, the renovation will also add a second drive-thru lane to improve customer convenience and reduce wait times, a feature highly sought after in the fast-food industry.

The Dhanani Group, one of the largest Burger King franchisees in the country, is spearheading this transformation. Known for their commitment to elevating the dining experience, the group has a long history of investing in innovative updates for their franchise locations. With this renovation, the Rayford Road Burger King is expected to become a standout destination for Spring residents seeking a fast, satisfying meal in a refreshed setting.

Construction is slated to have begun in November 2024, with a targeted completion date of May 2025. Once finished, the revamped Burger King will showcase the brand’s signature new style, blending contemporary aesthetics with functionality, aimed at attracting both loyal patrons and new customers.
