Café Feuillette to Open in the River Oaks District

Chef Jean-François Feuillette’s eponymous French bakery and café chain is opening its first ever U.S. location in Houston.

Café Feuillette will open in the River Oaks District at 4444 Westheimer Road, Suite D145 by the end of summer 2026.

The café chain will serve the chef’s pastries including croissants, brioches, madeleines, canelés, and the Paris-Brest, a  pastry made from choux dough shaped into a wheel and filled with a praline-flavored cream, hazelnut mousseline and topped with powdered sugar and almonds.  The shop will also offer breakfast and lunch items such as sandwiches and salads. Beverages include coffee and tea, including pastry-inspired lattes. Café Feuillette also sells marshmallow bears sure to wind up one many social media pages. All items will be made in-house, using the freshest ingredients.

Nathalie Debbouzzi is helping bring Café Feuillette. A familiar name in Houston’s culinary scene, she and her her husband Sebastien moved to Houston from Paris to open Amorino, the rose-shaped gelato sensation. Like Café Feuillette, the French-based gelato uses only natural ingredients of the highest quality, so whether the plan is to visit the café or to grab a gelato first, this is the ultimate pairing to put a little Parisian flair into your day.
