A family-owned and operated, authentic New York pizza restaurant is opening its ninth Houston-area location. Brooklyn Pizzeria is tentatively set to open in Cypress this May.
Owner Alban Shahini told What Now Houston they offer premium, high-quality pizza. “We import all the food ingredients, cheese, pepperoni, whatever, from New York every week to make sure it’s the highest quality possible,” Shahini said.
Brooklyn Pizzeria offers dine-in, carryout, and delivery for its menu items. Appetizers include wings, garlic knots, and Brooklyn Meatballs. A number of salads, subs baked in a brick oven, and pasta plates are also offered.
New York-style pizzas include specialties such as Veggie Lovers and Buffalo Chicken. Guests can also create their own. And, don’t forget dessert. Tiramisu, Chocolate Mousse Cake, and Italian Cheesecake are just a few of the available options.
Brooklyn Pizzeria in Cypress will be located at 8020 Fry Rd. Brooklyn Pizzeria first opened in 2006 and has eight other locations in operation including in Baytown, Pearland, and Humble.
