Firehouse Subs is being permitted for 7107 S Texas 6 from Franchisee Aurelius Don Pereira. He has announced plans for a $500,000 interior renovation, making this his second location. The popular sub shop will be a fresh, modern look while maintaining its signature dedication to hearty, firefighter-themed fare.

According to the permit details, the renovation will cover 1,360 square feet of space, focusing entirely on interior upgrades. The scope of work includes an overhaul of the dining area, updated fixtures, and possibly new branding elements to enhance the guest experience. This renovation aims to provide a more comfortable and inviting atmosphere for both new and loyal patrons.

As Firehouse Subs continues to serve its community with flavorful sandwiches and a focus on public safety support, this renovation promises to elevate the overall dining experience while remaining true to the brand’s mission.

This project is set to begin in September 2024, with a completion date targeted for November 2024.
