Fogo de Chão, the internationally renowned Brazilian steakhouse, is making its way to Sugar Land with a new location. According to permits filed for the location at 2180 Lone Star Dr, the project includes a complete remodel of the existing space, with an estimated cost of $1.8 million. This marks a significant addition to Sugar Land’s dining scene, bringing the brand’s signature churrasco experience to the area.
The renovation encompasses a comprehensive interior and exterior transformation. The 9,600-square-foot space will feature mechanical, plumbing, and electrical modifications, installation of state-of-the-art kitchen equipment, and updated finishes for the floors, walls, and ceilings. Additionally, exterior improvements include a fresh coat of paint and new canopies, which promise to elevate the venue’s curb appeal. Known for its tableside carving service and expansive market table offerings, Fogo de Chão has been rapidly expanding across the United States. The Sugar Land location aims to deliver the same immersive dining experience that has made the brand a favorite among food enthusiasts. Its strategic location within Sugar Land Town Square further cements the city’s reputation as a growing culinary hub.
Sugar Land residents can look forward to a lively dining experience blending tradition, innovation, and hospitality. As the restaurant group continues to spread its footprint, this location is expected to draw both loyal patrons and new visitors eager to indulge in the full spectrum of churrasco culture.
Work is scheduled to begin in January 2025, with an expected completion date in August 2025.
