Dunkin’ is making its way to Fulshear with a new location planned for 5320 FM 1463. The project comes from HZ Coffee Group, helmed by Owner & CEO Amin Dhanani, a familiar name in Texas’ restaurant scene. With this new addition, the group continues to expand Dunkin’s reach across the region, tapping into growing suburban areas where demand for convenient coffee and breakfast options remains strong.
According to permit records, the project is set to transform an existing restaurant space through a full remodel and a small building addition. Once complete, the new Dunkin’ will span 1,056 square feet, offering a fresh and compact design that fits seamlessly into the area’s evolving commercial landscape. The estimated cost for the project is $510,000.
As with other HZ Coffee Group developments, this location is expected to reflect the brand’s streamlined service model—geared toward both drive-thru traffic and quick, in-store visits. While Dunkin’ locations across the state are known for their fast-moving coffee lines and classic menu staples, each opening under Dhanani’s leadership aims to keep quality and consistency top of mind.
The project is scheduled to break ground in July 2025, with construction expected to wrap up by September 2025.
