Galiana’s Casa Del Tequila is opening a new location at the Town Lake Market, according to a recent state filing. The new addition to the Grupo Herrera Restaurants is slated to open at 11231 Greenhouse Road, Suite 150.
The permit details that construction on the new Galiana’s Casa Del Tequila is expected to start at the beginning of the year and wrap up before the end of April 2026.
Grupo Herrera Restaurants, a family-owned company, owns several eateries throughout Houston, including the first Galiana’s Casa Del Tequila, which opened on Highway 290 in Cypress in 2017.
David Herrera is at the helm of the booming hospitality group, which owns and operates four brands, including Dario’s Steakhouse & Seafood. After immigrating from El Salvador to Houston in 1979, Herrera crafted a true American story, opening restaurants that his family now helps run, including his son Dario Herrera.
What Now Houston reached out to David and Dario for comment on the new Galiana’s Casa Del Tequila but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
Offering a true Tex-Mex experience that’s become a local favorite for gathering, dinners, and celebrations, Galiana’s Casa Del Tequila offers a fine dining experience with home made flavor. Offering a lunch, brunch, and dinner menu, the eatery cooks up and dishes out iconic classic dishes with flair like the Ribeye Gucamole. There’s an extensive offering of traditional dishes like Empanadas and Tamales. But, perhaps the bedrock of the beloved establishment is the agave bar, which offers a multitude of cocktails and beverages to pair perfectly with any dish on the menu.
The new Galiana’s Casa Del Tequila is expected to open at the Town Lake Market at 11231 Greenhouse Road, Suite 150 by April 2026.
