Graze Craze, the fast-growing charcuterie concept known for its elaborate grazing boards, is on its way to 1901 Kirby Dr #102, Pearland, TX 77584. The new location will be owned and operated by Co-Franchisees Marisol De La Fuente and her sister, Marlen Gonzalez. For De La Fuente, this step into entrepreneurship is more than just business. It represents both a family tradition and a personal milestone.
“Yes, this is my very first business—and I couldn’t be more excited!” said De La Fuente. “I come from a family of entrepreneurs: my dad runs his own business for over 35 years, and my mom sold clothing & accessories for many years. It’s no wonder that I have always wanted to open up my own business.” She shared that her decision to franchise came after overcoming breast cancer in 2023 and celebrating one year cancer free this past July.
Together, the sisters are looking forward to blending their experience in marketing, management, and customer relations with a brand that emphasizes creativity and connection. “Graze Craze stood out to us because it’s not just about food—it’s about creating edible experiences,” De La Fuente explained. “The brand’s focus on quality, presentation, and community engagement really resonated with us.”
The upcoming Pearland store will debut the latest Graze Craze look and feel, while also offering new services beyond charcuterie boards. Plans include hands-on workshops and wine pairing events designed to give guests a chance to learn, taste, and interact with the brand on a deeper level.
The space will undergo an interior build-out totaling 1,440 square feet, according to recently filed permits. Renovation work is scheduled to begin in October 2025. De La Fuente and Gonzalez are aiming for an opening in late December 2025 or early January 2026.
