Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen is opening a restaurant at Conroe Waterfront Center by NewQuest Properties. According to the brand’s website, the new Conroe location will open at 2550 Interstate 45 North sometime in the fall of 2023.

The new Tex-Mex restaurant will boast just over 9,000 square feet, according to a recent project filing, providing ample room for diners to enjoy tasty chips and salsa with their margaritas. The cantina offers a variety of margaritas, wine, and cervezas, and weekday happy hour offers special prices on some of your favorite drinks.

The Gringo’s menu is full of choices ranging from enchiladas and tamales to fajitas and tacos. Gringo’s also offers Southwest Eggrolls, La Bomb-Bah Burger, chicken and seafood dishes, salads, soups, and other options for hungry diners. Don’t forget to grab a free soft serve ice cream on your way out after enjoying a meal.

Gringo’s has been serving Tex-Mex since 1993 and now has about a dozen other full-service family dining locations in operation across the Houston area.
