Downtown Houston will soon be home to Dune Road, one of Berg Hospitality Group’s newest concepts. It will be located at Hines’ and Ivanhoé Cambridge’s Texas Tower office complex, 845 Texas Ave.
“Our first fully seafood-centric restaurant introduces a unique New England-inspired food and beverage experience to this bustling sector of Downtown in the world class Texas Tower,” says Benjamin Berg, founder and CEO of Berg Hospitality Group. “With Dune Road, we aim to elevate the flavor of seafood, but keep it clean, simple and mostly grilled, sourced from only the finest suppliers around the country. Can you get a steak? Of course. But seafood is the star here.”
Dune Road will have a raw bar connected to the 56-seat circular bar, a lounge area, dining room, and a private dining space. There will also be patio that will have “green” elements to encourage the relaxed dining experience. In total, the restaurant will have a seating capacity of 214.

Opening time frame for Dune Road is Fall 2023.
